I haven't noticed 1 iota bit of difference. I have tried high end mobs and low end mobs. The only thingI haven't tried is PVP for a hard data test since i have no clue as the damage range of the mobs, but i assure you I am still being hammered like nail at a carpenter's convention. Any other masters out there have any opinions? or data?

If your fighting mobs that melee you then no you wont notice a difference, b/c you have ranged mitigation, which means you wont notice a difference unless the mob is shooting you. That is about the only thing I can think of that would cause you to not notice a difference. I know that the melee mitigation seems to be working fine but im getting shredded by ranged users in pvp now, but thems the breaks I guess

the ai of the high and low level npc's has also been adjusted. they are using a lot more specials etc , so its possible the mitigation is being negated by their increased damage output.
