Wondering if there is a 33% min damage power up. With this new damage mitigation change i believe that the market for these kinds of power ups will sky rocket,

Yes there is. But you have to search for them. I hae also seen power-ups for both min and max damage. Used them till I ran out. Had 10 crates. Begging for more.

My best sellers are max 32% min 16% powerups. I've never tried for the reverse, but am pretty sure it is possible. You could probably talk a MA into making some for a base fee (for creating the schematic) and a fee per crate. If you were on Tarq, I would do it...

Note, that on average it takes about 70-100 tries to get a good combo with max values (or at least it seems so for me).

I would say due to mitigation you will begin to see these every where, because the mitigation uses the difference between the min and max damage for it's calculation it will be very important to get that min damage up on those krayted weapons.
