Thread: Disarm2 & vehicles

Does anybody know if Disarm2 does double or triple (or whatever) damage to vehicles?


When I take out lairs I use this (as everybody knows it's only good for lairs) with my power5 and consistently hit for 2000+.


May be a good choice against incoming vehicles (or a really good way to grief :smileysad

how the hell do u hit 2000+ ?????? the most ive hit with disarm shot 2 is 800 ish

This is only on the lairs, not on mobs or players. I knew that disarm1 did double damage from what the combat spam said, so I tried disarm2 with my power5 and it did considerably better (didn't check the combat spam though, I'll do that when I get home).


The stats on my power5 is something like 2.6 spd 250ish max damage. Some hits were lower than 2k (the number floating above the lair, not the combat spam). I just started trying this, so I don't know if it's new or not.

yeah i was talking about the lairs too, its the only time i ever really use it, every time ive tried ive not hit over 800, what distance are u standing when u use it?


might have to try it out again i reckon

I use fanshot on lairs, does about 1-1.5k damage. More if the lair has spawned its limit.

Junsa, it also depends if the lair is empty or not. Lairs put out 4 "waves" of attackers:


The first is already standing around the lair when you get there.


The second comes out when you shoot the lair at least once.


The third comes out when the lair is down to about 60% of its "health"


The fourth only appears if you bring the lair down to 10% of its "health" then wait around for a minute. These creatures won't come out if you just keep shooting the lair to destroy it, after the third wave comes out.


Once the lair is empty your shots do much more damage, and you also get more XP when the lair is destroyed.

Depending on whether the lair has spawned its max or not, you can use stopping shot for big damage too. 6k is possible with my FPG5
