When I examine one it says Im uncertified.

Dont want to waste my credits buying one if I cant use it.

Everyone is certified, but the guns are bugged so that they say you aren't. But you won't have your damage reduced or anything, since you actually ARE certified.

So, go ahead and buy one, they're great!

Agreed. I bought one when I was just a couple of boxes into the Marksman pistol tree, and I still use it!

I think I may have to save up and try get a Krayt uber sliced Republic Blaster though.
