Question.. If I get Master TKA and Master Pistoleer.. Would I have Ranged Mitigation taking effect while using TKA skills? Or does it only count when you're holding a ranged weapon?

Mitigation affects the person attacking you, and it is always "on". No matter if you hold a gun or a ham sandwich.

So both your ranged and melee mitigation would be in effect no matter what.
