I thought it would be interesting to see what macros and techniques people use in combat.
One of my macros: "Pistol Whip"
/pistolMeleeDefense2;/pointBlankSingle2
I used to use /stoppingShot instead of /pointBlankSingle2, until I found Rem's damage calculator. If the knockdown works, I follow up with a second /pointBlankSingle2 -- I can usually get off two point blank shotsbefore the target stands up.You can also try /fanShot if you want a close-range AOE after the knockdown.

melee defense two works?
I use to be so pro-combat macros until i got into PVP. The only macro i use now in combat is my unarmed xp macro, well use to be.
/ui action toolbarSlot00; -clicks my FWG5
/follow;
/healthshot2; -lays bleed
/pistolmeleedefense1; -KD
/panicshot; -Delay
/ui action toolbarSlot01; -loads knucklers
/unarmedHit1;
then i'd punch in commands.

No, MD2 still broke. Doesn't work as well as MD1.
Nice macro.

I use:
/lowblow;
/panicshot;
/healthshot2
/bodyshot2
Then generally swap targets to set up the next bleed. I may take BS2 out and replace with a heal or LastDitch. I find the damage done by the bleed is improved if I can lay it on when the target is down. I use PMD1 when they get up, but I rarely knock anything down with it, and it's generally just good to hit them with BS2 again. Incorporating a heal into your macros can save you in PvP.
Note: You need Dirty Fighting3 from the smuggler skilltree to make this work. DF4 for LastDitch.

I used to love it, now I've removed it from my toolbar. I"m going to add intimidate and warcry until I get /panicshot, but I love the concept of using follow to stay in range. One of my problems has been that when I get real close to finishing the mob off he starts running and I have to pull my pistol and take 'em out.
Hehe... learn something every day. Thanks for the comment about the healthshot. Why I use it is when I attack large mods buffed. It kills them quicker =]
/follow is good in PVP also, if you're TKA
Anyone else got any macros?

Just some comments. Your macro would be best if you did take out healthshot2. I eventually made them both into one macro, but now they dont stick. This way, when you need to lay a bleed, you don't have to wait atleast 3 seconds for it to land ( guessing your pistol speed here )
I made Lowblow / panic shot single commands along with pistol melee. I find it alot easier to choose which one I want to do the second I need to.
About the heal, make a macro with txt
/heal Self
This way when ever you need a heal, hit ctrl + \ and it will clear your combat queue and then you hit your heal macro and you'll get an insta-heal. I did the same with firstaid.
What REALLY would be cool is if someone knew the command to clear queue... /ui action Clear Queue or something like that...
For most of my single commands besides panicshot and the KD's I just made a macro with them in there several times...
Fanshot macro
/fanshot;/fanshot;/fanshot
Last Ditch macro
/Lastditch;/lastditch;/lastditch
Etcetera.
Remembre that PanicShot is a cone attack and will effect multiple targets, and cause them to agro on you. For the purpose of laying bleeds, panicshot is sometimes best left out.
