I was really looking forward to lowblow but now I don't even bother using it.

Is it bugged? Do I use it on the wrong creatures so it has a bad chance of working?

My PMD1 works in 80% while lowblow is more at 20%.

What am I doing wrong?

I noticed the exact same thing. Only thing that's good about lowblow is the range. Pistol Whip is better in every other way and sticks a lot more often.

Yes, I tried this after the 10th time lowblow did not work.

You can use lowblow and close in. Then I usually either use panic shot (well usually it didn't work and I don't use it) or instead PMD1 and then Panic Shot.

I wonder if lowblow works better in PvP, not much experience there. People are all telling me how great it is, although I already had PMD1 the day I trained novice gunfighter, only made good experiences with it and noone ever talked about that.

strange... i make it the other way around. I always use aim before low blow and get a very high success rate, pistol whip i don't find so effective...

I find LowBlow works better thank PMD1. I have experimented alot and have found that they are on different timers. The reason that PMD1 might work more often is that alot of pistols don't have a high accuracy penalty up close where you use PMD1 and have less accuracy far away where you use Low Blow. Just depends how close to the Target I say. I once Kd'd a quenker from a distance with low blow panic shotted it as I was closing in then used double tap a bit. after it got up again ( I was close now) I used PMD1 and it went down again.
