Thread: What does disarming shot do?

Sorry, I am sure this has been asked before, but the search function in this forum sucks, so I thought I would just tossthe question out.


What does it do? will it work on NPC's? Animals? PvP?

It doesn't do anything. It's just another broken special that does Random HAM damage. The same thing with Disarming Shot 2.

It takes out lairs faster than normal auto-fire.


Its intended purpose? No idea.

It doesnt do anything but it should do what the name implies. I think that if you hit someone with a disarming shot it should do damage to their weapon and cause them to go into an unarmed state. Disarming Shot 2 should do the same but with a better disarm rate and higher damage to the weapon your opponent is holding.

If it was fixed it wouldn't be fair, But it WOULD be a nice way to get back at those master rifleman. Bork their weapons so they cant hurt you.

It's purpose is to get people to post on here and wonder what the heck the devs were thinking .
