OK, I'm new to being a Master Gunfighter. I have a question and pardon me if this has been answered but I couldn't find it easily...
Im a master smuggler as well and have available to me Last Ditch, what is the ideal speed for my pistol to be able to fire this awesome shot once per second?
Most people once they get master always want damage sliced and high damage guns, I think that with the delay on last ditch a faster gun would yeild better DPS, but cant come up with the calculations..... can anyone help me ?
Im looking for the ideal speed on a pistol for me and Last Ditch, thanks.

I have a scout blaster sliced for like 1.5 spd. Then I stick a 33% speed powerup on it.
I don't know about any calculations or numbers to point to, but I can assure you it fires fast

basically if you have either the bh or smuggler pistol line i think you get 1 shot per second no matter what you pistol's speed or your special's multiplier is iirc, so find the pistol with the highest dps or min dmg (pve or pvp-damage mitigation) you can find and stick with it.

there was this guy on my server who used to make exploited weapons. it had something to do with non serial number krayt tissue and a factory... anyway he could make guns like 0.1 speed, 600 max damage.
just imagine being able to spam last ditch at the speed cap with a 600 max damage weapon...
anyways the guys who bought these weapons were all considered pvp gods till the WS got banned and their weapons got deleted.
bah! sorry got nostalgic.

to bad your not on shadowfire i have seen a scout blaster that was made 0.0spd and forget dam but was a damage slice was made with legendary krayt tissue...-1.974 spd and 141max....for exact stats look in shadowfire forum ..but this will allow you to hit all specials at the 1.0cap instead of 1.5
