im 0044 pistoller newly i granted FANSHOT.its description says it can attack a target with multiple shoots BUT i see only one damage when i attack. is it because of my accury or it is broken like other specials.

Not broken, just bad description. Fan shot is an AoE attack, it will hit multiple enemies in a cone. But remember cones only really work on things that are aggro.

not true. Fanshot will hit anything, even if it is not aggro-ing.
