You could equip it to run up hills, but the terrain negotiation would have no effect unless you already had some to begin with from Scout. That's how these things work.


Anyway, if Adenrise intends to sell this item I would direct him to Valcyn Trade.

I have a +14 terrain negotiation lance and a +6 TN Bandolier for my Jedi and he climbs hills much faster than without those items equipped....so you do not need to have Novice Scout for TN modifiers to work....although +3 to TN will give negligible improvement..

repub blaster

4.6 speed

21-98 damage

mods :

pistol aiming: +4

ranged defense: +6

terrain negotiation: +3


bids are up, also gimme a tell on valcyn server if u want first bids....Aden Rise
