Thread: Is stopping/fan shot targeting random HAM pools, or is that intended...

Is this always been like that? I noticed I was hitting every HAM bar eventually taking down targets with stopping and fan shot... is this intended or borked, I don't remember it acting like this a while back...

yes. The only targeted attacks we have are healthshot1/2and bodyshot1/2/3.

Stopping shot seems to favor the health pool quite a bit.

All random attacks favor the health pool. It has 5 places to draw a hit compared to the action pools 2 and the mind pools 1.
