Have ye ever tried to continue spamming a lair with Disarming Shot 2 even after new creatures has spawned?

Ok Im curious. What happens when firing on a lair and a creature spawns?

Just try it on the first lair ye can find 
Ye hitallthecreatures and the lair(fan shot like), it's fast like hell (but I think it drains yer mind pretty fast) and it seems like it does more damage then fan shot (double damage to the creatures too? Just like the lair?)
If this works for everyone - is it an exploit? Should I report it?

I've also been noticing this as of late. Disarming2 always did massive damage on lairs... but now it has some whacky area effect(might have always, i dunno) that nails the creature coming out of the lair as well... Weird thing is, the damage done to the creature in the path of your shot(still targeting the lair) get hit for the same damage multiplier you would be hitting a lair with, however once this intercepting creature is getting the mega damage the lair gets hit without the lair multiplier. I make it sound confusing so please test it yourself. I think that once the lair is dead you no longer get the heavy damage on the creatures though.
No-Brainer-Money-Maker Application:
This is GREAT news for any of you master pistoleers strapped for cash (works even better if you have bounty pistol too). Simply go to Dathomir and get 2 giant baz nitch missions in the same direction and drive to the first. Pull out the FWG5 for heat damage and rock the first 2 baz, then switch to more powerful gun(or just a different one if your FWG5 is amazing and you don't want to kill it) and spam Disarming Shot2 at the lair relentlessly. Repeat often and by the time your buffs wear off you'll be near 1 million credits richer!
Follow up by laughing at your peers and enemies as you flash your bank roll and brandish your pistol.
