I'm currently using a DL44 XT, with around 308-872 damage (still need to get it damage sliced), and whenever I fight someone who has improved CoB, or force aura, I only end up doing around 150 damage. While doctor buffs help a lot, it becomes really hard to do much damage to these people. Are there any pistols that have a good min damage stat that could help me out?

I got a 414 min dmg pistol made by short-changing the max dmg, and depending on the dmg slice to cap it out, doing this usually allows for a higher min through slicing than obtainable purely during the crafting process, thats the only way i can think of gaining a better min dmg stat, basically, just dmg slice yours

I have a DL44 XT on my vendor on chilastra with about 440min-916max or so fully damage sliced, made with looted 30min/30max barrels. Thats only way I know to increase min damage so far. Send me an email ingame if u r interested.
