Thread: Finally!!!!I got some freaking loot!!!

Finally it felt good to be a master gunfighter today. I was in the first room of the Geo cave, pretty much alone killing Crazed Geos and of course getting all the loot. One by one a few guys showed up. The first guy, another mastergunfighter,asked me to group and I declined because it really wouldn't have benefitted me at all. I was outdamaging him about 2 to 1 with my DX2, he asked me what the max damage was. 265 w/ powerup, obviously nothing too special. He was using an FWG5. I continued to get all the loot. Some other guys showed up, all Gunfighters, a couple masters and then a couple mid level novices, and one Expert BH. They all grouped and sent a couple of invitations to me and I declined them. I got the loot from every Geo we killed. They started getting angry at me for not grouping with them. I'm not sure why, because even if we're grouped, I would still be getting the loot. They called me a greedy jerk. I pointed out to them that we are all here for the same reasons: Loot and XP. The only thing they would've recieved would be a share of the looted credits. Big deal. They thought I was using a loot macro, which I wasn't. They thought I was using the fanshot AOE exploit. I was using Last Ditch (I know it's a Smuggler special). The brass tacks of it is that I was simply outdamaging everyone in their group. They were all using FWG5's (probably mostly post-nerf) which Geos are 65% resist to. LOL. One guy was even using a Tangle! The only reason you would even think about using a tangle is if the mob is only vuln. to stun, and Geos have stun resist! Geos are vuln to Acid. That means: AP1 DX2. I wasn't going to apologise to them for their own stupidity. It was funny. They hate me now. LOL. I don't mind being hated if I'm getting the loot. I had a great time. The only thing that sucks is that through all those geos I killed, I didn't get one freaking Geo Pistol!!! Oh, well. I actually had to finally leave because my inventory and backpack got completely full of cubes. What a great day.

whiney punks can suck it
anyone can play and master pistoleer (or any profession for that matter) but only the best can actually play it well
if they weren't using the right pistol then sucks for them

Which is why I carry 5 different pistols

Same reason I carry five pistols if there was a cold damage pistol I would be happy and carry six. I use my DX2,Republic Blaster, and FWG5the most tho.

It always suprises me how some people gimp themselvesby using resisted weapons. Oh well no shame in you not grouping with em man.

Where is the Geo cave, and is a pistol schem. drop very rare?

The Geo cave is on Yavin. The Crazed Geonosians don't drop the schematic. I believe the Mercenaries do. And, yes, the schematic is very very rare. The crazed geos do drop the sword core schematic, the sword cores, the power cubes and several different Geonosian Relics.
