I bet 100bucks they dont say a damn word. Im really getting sick that they dont respond to jack squat. Fix our specials and our speed FOR THE LOVE OF GOD...like i said they arnt even going to acknoledge this thread...

be grateful your not a CH whose profession got "balanced" months ago in anticipation of a combat balance that has yet to materialize in any form other than a mystical "we are working on it"

You guys crack me up...

1. DEVS RESPOND always gets their attention now doesn't it.

2. Why does everyone cite God when asking for something. If the love of God were actually prevelent on this board, there wouldn't be so many obscene and unrational posts.

3. CHs continuing to complain about the devs actually trying to maintain a Star Wars aspect to the game. Personally I would have settled for their creatures routinely turning on them and eating them, but at this point I'm satisfied with the change from Creature Wars to Sims in Space.

A lot of people are in line for a lot of things. I know it's frustrating, but every game takes a long time to evolve. My patience is running out as well, and when the time comes for pistoleers to get something, you better believe I'm going to be behind it 100%... just have to wait and see when that is.

"Jedi claims of being "broken" are like saying "But my TV isn't widescreen! It's broken! My TV can't show high-def pictures in 1080i, it can only do 720i! It's broken!" Meanwhile, crafters are saying "We'd really like to have a TV that's larger than 12" and gets more than 4 channels and doesn't constantly lose vertical control", and entertainers are saying "Can we get some color instead of this B&W piece of junk?" And smugglers? We're listening to radio programs of "The Shadow" and "The Abbot and Costello Comedy Hour" and hearing FDR's Fireside Chats. We don't even HAVE a damn TV, much less a broken one or a "broken" one by Jedi standards. I'd LOVE to be as "broken" as they are." - The Legendary Solo4114

lol im not complaining i enjoy being a CH. im just saying that you should be thankful you dont have it so bad and be careful about asking for dev help with your class. it CAN get worse lol.

I understand Barb. With everything getting pushed into Pub 9, and the lack of attention the smuggler revamp has gotten thusfar compared to other revamps prior to their publish, I have a great fear of what the devs attention to our profession will be. Mainly because once they finish the revamp, our issues will be ignored as the others have been. I understand the need to move onto other issues at that point, but they're probably not even going to deal with this one like they said they would.

The one thing I will concede is that the devs need to stick to their guns more. By this I mean if they say something has a schedule, they need to stick with it. If they screwed up the jedi implementation the first time, they should have halted it and then scheduled it for a revamp. Instead they have added it to what should have already been a large publish, and pushed the combat balance and GCW publishes to a later date. If these will go as far in fixing the game as they claim, then they should go as scheduled. They're attempt at saying it takes a lot more work IMO is bogus. If they weren't dedicating people and resources to an unscheduled jedi revamp, then they might have had the resources for what was originally planned.

I'm not against public complaints, debates, or criticisms, but the way in which they are put forth on these boards really makes me laugh.
