Dont have the coordinates, but he's in Keren near the starport. Walk around it and you'll find him.

In Keren, at the Starport / shuttle port area that is away from the rest of the city (south, I believe). Go left once you pass between the 2 mission terminals. Keep going and on your left you will come upon a pistoleer trainer, sort of tucked into an alcove. If you know where the rebel mission terminal is, it is just before you get to that.
