i feel the Nerf to the Knockdown could have been prevented alittle by instead of Makeing HAM cost's So high to use them make a few changes

1) change the Intermiedate Special abilities Cert 1 and 3 around

cert one give you a Knock down cert 3 does not Knockdown should be harder to obtain then that any clown can get cert 1 easy

i told a Casual gammer my idea and he was like that would suck man i cant get it then for along time

But what it would do is realy make a Bounty hunter pick his certs 11points to get a Knock down or 17 ???

17 is alot of Points to spend Just to get a knock down but for a True Pistol guy just another ability for my master

One or both of the KD nerfs might not have been necessary if they done things right (what I would consider "right") instead of taking the easy way out and nerfing all the time.

- Fix defensive skills. How can you balance knock-down when defense vs knockdown isn't working !?

- Make IMPROVEMENTS instead of always nerfing - Make armor help protect against KD. Your armor is 35% effective vs energy, and your opponent is using an energy weapon against you? Then you should have an additional 35% chance (on top of your fixed defense vs KD skill) to resist a KD. Makes perfect sense. If your armor is absorbing much of the damage from the blow, it should make it less likely that the blow will have the full (KD) effect.
