I read on the FAQ that dodge sort of works with already lousy opponents (Like that makes any sense). I'm hopeing thats changed since the FAQs been written. Is there any reason for me to rush and get dodge. Will it make a difference in PvE or PvP?

Anyone on Test Center know of any new dodge or defensive mod changes, like actually working? thanks for any info.
