Oops, OK what I was going to say..


Becausethe devspreviously saidmulti had been fixed, and Riage and others saying it worked, I kept playing with it tonight. I've finaly learned that if you do start with Disarm2, and then follow with Multi target, it does indeed work, and very well too.


I was doing destroy missions that spawn a base and 4 npc maulers. The Disarm2 would knock all or most down, then Multi would hit them all for around 500-1.1k damage each, with a unmodified scout blaster. It was pretty amazing how well it worked. Two questions I have now though, it's said that DIsarm2 has no area of effect anymore on test. It seemed like Multi target isTOTALLY DEPENDENTon Disarm2 going off first. If Disarm2 no longer has an aoe, I bet Multi target will once again be broken. Second question, Multi target might be cool in large faction PvP wars, but still, do we want this or would we rather have some other killer shot?

Read my post and the replies about multitarget, which is also on this first page. I did some testing and multitarget doesn't rely on disarm2, although they do work well together.
