The first time I had noticed this pistol I made good to bring it to the attention of the Pistoleer Coro although for some unknown reason the pistol was converted to a standard pistol thus eliminating the low SAC.

I've since created 2 characters and identified the process in obtaining a pistol with 10 SAC.

The only catch is that this pistol is a CDEF pistol with insanely slow speed ( around 4.5) and very low dmg (35 max).

You will need to creat a new character and do the the new character walk through tutorial. When you get to the point where the contact on the station discuss weapons use there should be an option to express you need a weapon. Well, you already have weapons and the only thing he will give you is a CDEF pistol. This is the pistol with 10 sac.

There's not a tremendous amount of use for this pistol until you need to spam those AoE state affects.
