What kind of pistol(s) would you make with these tissues (set of 6), and what kind of stats can i expect on HC Scatter pistols with these tissues. 186 damage, -0.41 speed.

i'd guesstimate 300-850ish damage, 2.15ish speed. you could probably get more accurate numbers from the weaponsmith forum, but i think that's fairly close.
