Thread: Need help returning after CU

Ok so i have finally started playing this game again after a long time with planetside and EQ2.
Now the whole CU thing happened so i'm not quite sure what to do, i have no armor(i chose some stupid conversions) and need to know what to get.
I am going for master pistoleer/master BH, just need a few more boxes of BH and that's it.
Should i get assault armor or recon armor since i guess i can go for both? recon has best rate of fire so i guess that fits the role best?
Also what weapons should i get?
And what, if anything, should i use the anti decay kit on, wait till i find an uber weapon or?

PS. Seriously what does this board have against web standards, after 30 minutes of trying to post even one thread with firefox it works with IE.

Ok so i got the pistol and stuff? What about armor, recon the way to go?

It's up to you, Recon gives better protection against Energy attacks and Assault gives better protectionagainst Kinetic attacks.
Recon tends to be better as Jedi do energy damage, and you can always kite mobs and melee players that do kinetic damage. The only problem is ranged kinetic damage, which will hurt.
