I have found the best macro for pve/pvp is this.

then low blow

I drop almost every time mobs and players with this macro. Then of course proceed to torso the hell out of health, or eyeshot the mind as much as possible. When a player or mobb is stunned they have a MUCh higher chance of falling over guaranteed i have been a pistoleer since release and have pretty much tried everything. This is a very useful pve macro try it out. Panicshot is pretty lame since the next attack you do undoes the delay you just put on the mobb/player. So i dont use it.
