if you can get your speed to 97 it caps your speed on all shots (with most pistols... unless you find like an 8.0+ speed one it shouldnt be a problem )

I found out that Master Pistoleer with BH pistol speed was not much different at all, as a matter of fact I found no difference.

Only benefit you get is eyeshot and bleedshot.

With a pistol that has 2.0 speed, it wont make a difference, maybe if you had a 2.8 to 3.3 speed then yeah the 97+ speed will kick in..But who buys these pistols anyway?

Anything over 125 pistol speed (with skill tapes) is wasted, this is documented. But in my honest opinion, anything over 80 speed is wasted..

The only pistol I have not tried was the de-10, this was not in the game yet when I was BH,

I had every combination possible between BH and pistoleer, cant get past the speed cap...
