Thread: Republic Blaster Cert?

Can someone tell me where or how I get this cert? I am a Zabrak Master Marksman and do not have it, but do not see it on the Pistoleer list either. My partner is a Human Master Marksman and has the cert. Any help?


Also, I did a search and got a big fat 0 threads for this.

it's mentioned at leat 100 times on this board alone.


The cert is broken. Characters that should have the cert don't and characters that do have the cert can't use the gun.
