Wepps was a schmuck period the community would be better off without him
As a pistoleer im happy without correspondant he is punctual and precise... he will eat crow as the others will have to surely but he took on the job
BH's IMHO need very little help
Thier pistol mods are better than ours currently, thier pistol cert ie: scatter pistol is the best small arms weapon in the game
EyeShot is easily the most used special skill right after kd...
no no no i know the arguement.. lol it goes something like this:
You can wear a helm and get mind buffs from entertainers blah blah blah.. you spam something enough someone dies its that simple no matter your buffs no matter what
its embarrasing that i have to rely on tka skills to win a duel in a bar because my pistoleer skills suck so bad..
sure i was a tkm first and i "had" to pick up pistol to even compete in pvp.. but now its 1 and a half months into the profession (since im not going to grind it out like i did tka.. kinda wanna take my time on this one) almost done with it and i have picked up smuggler dirty fighting to supplement my killing ability and still i have to rely on tka skills to kill someone in a bar...
whatever the case is, i do know that BH's are far more viable in everything they do with 4-10k missions that are rediculously easy to do.. (i know i got a bh friend i tag along to tank the mob for him and i end up waxxing this punk before he gets his second shot off) and if a tka can tank a ranged mob of that magnitude and a scatter pistol can do over 1k damage where is the love for the pistoleer?
i dont care that wepps quit.. infact it just kinda goes hand in hand with his character with his bi-polorness (is that a word hmm)
i dont care what flavor of the week the BH gets to cry about we got our own gig lets focus on that

Lets take a look at your Correspondent.
“Dabblers Delight”
At this point the only use of Pistoleer is as a supplement to OTHER professions -- Smuggler, Bounty Hunter, Commando -- that DO have useful pistol specials and certifications. Those folks are taking bits and pieces of Pistoleer in order to get speed and accuracy boosts to the non-Pistoleer pistol skills and pistol certifications they have that DO work. So a Smuggler can take the Marksmanship line and get a accuracy boost to his own specials, or a Bounty Hunter can take Stances 2 and max out his Pistol speed. That's the reason we're seeing a huge number of "Novice Pistoleers" but so few Master Pistoleers. While other professions are dabbling in Pistoleer for some speed and accuracy to use with the WORKING pistol skills and pistol certifications they receive from OTHER professions, the average Joe Pistoleer is excited about getting his next box of Pistoleer ... until he realizes that, yet again, the skills he obtains from that box are broken or useless. - Philosopher1976
Hmm, a dabblers delight, well i can certainly see how he can relate to this subject. Whats his sig say again? I think it says Master Gunfighter AND Expert Bounty Hunter. And he is complaining about dabblers in his profession? WTH? Talk about a hypocrit. I have tried to be calm about this whole thing, but now our correspondent is leavingand you just keep on coming with these **edit** comments.
Our pistol speed mods are better than yours but we get nowhere the amount of other mod's you guys get. A **edit**load of defenses compared to us, accuracy while moving, dodge, melee defense.(may not work now but its gonna). And what do we get i think +4(maybe +2 cant remember) to melee and +27 to ranged defense.Did you know a MasterDancer has better melee defense than us.Oh and lets not forget our wonderful droid speed and accuracy mods, people always seem to leave our investigation tree out of every argument. Are droid mod's work backwards, higher mod=worse off. Getting to master for us requires 300+ hours of grinding the most boring tree ever and losing money while doing it.
Eyeshot is being taken away. **edit**, you been under a rock? And lets go to our carbine line, hmm makes me laugh just thinking about it, we can't use normal high powered carbines if we want to survive. You know what carbine i use all the time, a **edit**ING cdef carbine, thats right a **edit**ing carbine any noob can use is what we must use because of the insane HAM cost. You know when you get hit by Kd maybe you should check your combat log and see how many times it works, not very often; and once everyone but us get new mods i see it working only 10% of the time. And our wholecarbine tree is redundant because it can all be put into one move, fire knockdown.

So its obvious you believe that just having Master Pistoleer should be enough to takeon anyone. Of course your gonna have to rely on all of your skills thats why you have them.

Today I logged on and decided that after not doing any investigation missions for a month because the last time i did i had 4 consecutive bugged missions. So i get to the terminal get a mission thats one shuttle hop and 1.4km away. I get to my mark and you know what, I couldnt attack the **edit**er because the mission was bugged. This has been going on since release. And seeing as how the investigation tree is the only way to get master then yeah, we have a **edit**ing right to be pissed. You guys can get master in a week, easy. Yet we still have people posting that they finally reached master after playing since release. Wepps was the one person we had trying to fix these agonizing bugs, and then you all start getting personal with the flames and insults. And now he is gone and you all are happy because we Bounty Hunters are now **edit**ED for an even longer amount of time.
He's gone and your happy, and all you can do is keep being an **edit**.

Ok Samra, u must give up all skills but pistoleer to be our correspondant. Chaimera, your a moron. Samra is a MASTER PISTOLEER and has been so for as long as ive been looking at these forums. His point is that you have to dabble in other professions to be any good, and that our specials are ALL broken.

They have proposed breaking eyeshot into 2 shots, one where it is and one in master. This has not been implemented and is not even on the test center yet. At most after the new mods take effect you will have to try to knock me down twice and i will be down. I very rarely resist these types of attacks, and im thinking an extra +20 wont do me much better.

Umm check the test center. They are fixing the amount of xp you get for investigation and are increasing payouts.
And as far as Wepps goes, all he did was bitch about pistoleers. He hates us. And i dont remember him saying anything about the post that was made in the BH forum a couple of weeks ago for all BH to get novice pistoleer and wear that tag around while you kill everyone with eyeshot and torso shot. Most of us have no problem with your specials. Your shots should be better than ours. At least your specials work. Ours are worse than the ones in the Marksman skill tree. So get a clue before you come over here and post on our boards. BH's have had the 2 worst correspondents since this game started. Get better correspondents and you might get something fixed.
