Hey pistoleers, what is the most powerful stunning pistol? I got to use a tangle pistol once i got to pistols 3 or 4 (i forgot :smileytongue

but is there any stunning pistol more powerful than the tangle pistol? Also, is it better to use a not so powerful gun that your enemy is vulnerable to, or is it better to use a more powerful gun that your enemy has protection against?

geos are great unless stun armour is beeing worn.

Yes the geo pistol is much better than the tangle pistol. It is much more common now than it was a year ago this time.

Base stats on the geo is around 2.5 speed and about 213 (green cube used it would be higher with a yellow cube) max damage. It can be better depending on what geo cube you use and if you use krayt tissue(you need 5 tissues or 4 already in power handler form). Some people make the 2.7 219 version but I think the extra speed is better.

in pvp a geo blaster can be great. i have a couple of 450+ (sliced/pupped) geo's

However, soomeone in stun armor and a psg they are not going to do much.

Thats when you switch to either scatter pistols or an energy weapon like a repub blaster or de-10.\

A de-10 can tear up someone in stun armor, but the scatter pistol completly bypasses the psg's (acid damage)

Ok thanks. One question though, what skills do you have to have in order to use a geo blaster? Is it a bounty hunter pistol? Do you get certified for it in one of the pistoleer skill trees? Please tell.

He is right .... even though you can't see it in the skill tree... you see it in the geo blaster's gun description !
