Pistoleer Archive

It's a newb weapon. It is in SWG now, and it is in the CU test center. Han Solo did not use a wimpy weapon! We still have time to make the devs make it right. I really hate seeing this weapon being so sissyful. It doesn't have to be. It shouldn't be. It would be nice if the Pistoleer and Smuggler correspondents could talk to the devs about this. It's the little things like this that make games great, and they are the same things that ruin them. It is also the fixing of these little things that lets you know the devs actually care about their customers. I have hope, they are definently on the right track with the CURB so far. And it is our job to make sure they stay on the right track.

I could very well be wrong, but to me it doesn't seem like it would be so hard to change some numbers and just up the damage on the DL-44's to make them un-noobanized! You can do it, Devs! So please do.

they're not all that wimpy

We need to wait to compare it to all the weapons in the game...you dont know what is powerful and what isnt...the first thing is DO NOT compare stats of things to your old weapons that will always lead to disaster.

I wasn't. I was comparing the DL-44 given to me from the frog to all the other pistols in the game. I should post the stats the next time I get in TC. It's just sad.
