Thread: What skill do i need to use a DE-10?

I've been looking through pistoler trees but i can't seem to find the cert for a DE-10? can i get some help on this please

You'll need to be a Master Pistoleer. Unfortunatly, qualifications for looted weapons arn't listed. You'll also notice that the Genosian Sonic Blaster isn't listed either, but can be used by anyone after completing Pistol Techniques II.
