Yes, I did.

Smuggler Weapons: Death-hammer & Renegade

Combat Medic: Alliance Disruptor

Commando: Launcher

Squad Leader: Initimidator

Bounty Hunter: Scatter

But still none of the 3 above mentioned weapons.

Maybe those certs are going to be looted schematics, just like the Genosian Sonic Blaster or the DE-10. Remeber, many of the new weapons arn't coded yet, so their descriptions are at an absolute minimum. Let's give the Dev team time to get things altered and fixed and see were they stand. Who knows, the requirement for the DE-10 and the Geo Blaster may change as well....

certs are only listed for craftable weapons, if those are weapons that drop then the cert is on the weapon itself...much like the DE-10 and Geonosian...

Maybe I've just been looking in the wrong place, but I can't find the Certs for the following pistols:

Flare

Flechette

Jawa Ion

Unlike the DE-10 and the Geonosian (whose pistol certs are in the description), I can't find them in any of the skill trees.

did you pistoleers get any of the new weapons in your skill tree? carbines got none all given to other professions, though we're still waiting to see the hidden certs on 4 of them... but i've heard 2 are in BH.. so that only leaves hope for 2

do we need new weapons if all our weapons are new? I want to see how the current weapons work. The Power5 the SR Combat, the Metal DL44...lets see how well those work...those are our 'new' weapons...and to tell you the truth do we really need more weapons? I only hope I need to carry about 3 pistols around...if Im having to switch between 10 different weapons to effectively work on the battlefield I will not be happy.

as for the carbines. Im hoping your Elite, and other such carbines that were Not used very often become new friends in your battle. Im quite sure Iebas is in agreement with me about hoping our current weapons are revamped and more useful than they were.

I'm so with you there, LordMaxx. Far too much of my current inventory spaceis taken up by pistols that I rarely use, but feel the need to carry around with me at all times in case a situation arises where I need one. I would love to be able do the same job with just 3 different pistols. On the other hand, one thing I like about being a pistoleer is the ability to deal damage types that many other professions can't, by virtue of the fact that we have different pistols for different damage types. I guess the jury is still out for me on which way I prefer it--we'll see after the CU has been out a while.

Different damage types use to be one of our 'things'...but that is really out the window now...

Forget what you know...unlearn what you have learned.

Yes, Master Yoda, that is definitely the bottom line of the CU. That thought was foremost on my mind as I was playing in TC5--that I'm really going to have to learn how to play this game all over again. That's not necessarily a bad thing, especially since we're all in the same boat together.
