IMO, Every Master core Profession (pistoleers, Carbineers, Rifleman, TKM, Fencer, Swordsman, Pikeman) should be able to use every kind of that weapon.
A Master Pistoleer should be certed with every pistol since they are "Masters of Pistols" leave the certs where they are now (Allaince disrupter at MCM, Death hammer and Renagade in smuggler, Intimidator in MSL) but ALSO cert those guns at Master Pistoleer.
Its just silly to think a Master Pistoleer cant use every pistol. Sure by spreading the certs out, you make non masters get a chance to... but why make the TRUE pistoleers suffer?
Same goes for the Massassi Knucklers for TKMs, and the Czerka Dart Carbine and E5 Carbine for Carbineers

I agree, however I unfortunately don't think it will happen. I am friends with other professions that aren't certified for all their weapons and I think the only reason the devs did this was to make the portion of the other profs that involve pistols to be more unique and provocative.
