Well I master pistoleer in a day and 1/2 and all I have to say is that the skills points I wasted in master bounty hunter on the other server was a big mistake on my part but I will and I repeat will not get rid of my master bounty hunter.

One nice move they have is the pisolmelee defense moves. I was knocking down npc and pc with no armor on and using body shot 2 which get a novice pistoleer and nothing could stand in my way. There disarming shot hmmm not bad move can be fixed though. Now their multi target pistol shot is not bad either.

All i have to say is the next friggin pistoleer I hear nerf us needs a slap on their ass and learn to stop whining because this class is easy to master and their moves blow ours away. Oh we have eyeshot that is why they run up our tree or we have torso shot.

Listen fellow bounty hunters I would understand why they run up our tree for the pistol speed and these shots are nice to add to their moves because trust me i would too after mastering this class just to be the almighty god in pvp. I have not moved up the smuggler pistol line yet but that is my next move.

I know I become one of them that we so dislike but I had to see for myself what the complaining was all about and trust me if a master pistoleer would learn how to use his moves like us bounty hunters did then they could own us in 10 seconds flat. Trust me I did it on the server I am playing against a bounty hunter.

Wepps I have logs of everything I have done as a master pistoleer against a master bounty hunter and I will post them as soon as I get home from work. The developers really have to see this because I can not believe why the hell they would want to nerf us!"

Pistol melee defense? Big whoop, close ranged KD. FireKD>PMD1 . TKA's get the first KD with 175 unarmed XP.

Fact is, most of our specials are broken, or plain ol' suck. Torseshot>bodyshot3. Eyeshot>everything else.Fast blast... well haven't been hit with it, but "Hits target's torse and arms for a high amount of damage". That scares me.Yeah thats right. BH's get better specials with pistol then pistoleers do. Even smugglers do.

Leveling pistols is easy? Just as much weapons/combat xp as riflemen/carbineer/tka/fencers/swordmens/pikemen. Get a cowardly gurreck and nov medic, and you can level anything quickly.Get good stim b's or avg stim c's and a mountain krevol, you can easily do huurtons on dath for 3-4k apop.Leveling isn't the issue.

The problem is for the 92 skill investment into pistoleer, pistoleer sucks. They need either BH pistol line or smuggler DF line to compare to the riflemen/carbineers. Riflemen/Carbineers don't need any other profession to put them on par(damage wise).This gives them the choice of mastering doc/something else.

Do you honestly think a master pistoleer/BH pistols 4 is going to beat a master carbineer/doc? or a carbineer/TKA? Or even riflemen/doc riflemen/CH?The pistoleer limits himself to just pvp by choosing to master pistoleer/BH pistols line. The other professions can still do well in pve. They can heal themselves/have tanks/or can tank themselves.

I Belive you are just ignorant, and think a the pistoleer community wants to "own BHs". You are wrong.We want to be equal/if not better with OUR respective weapon.(at least I do)A BH should (and does win) if he uses all three of his weapon.Is switching weapons and using different specials to hard for you to comprehend?

Pistoleer vs BH, a BH wins hands down.As it should be.But if the BH wishes to go 1 on 1 with the pistoleer, just using pistols, the BH should lose. The BH is only using one of his THREE weapons. He is fighting handicap.

A MBH can get medic 1/0/4/0. Stim c's are GREAT.A MBH with stim c's is a lethal foe.FireKD+eyeshot(blind), and rush with the LLC. Wow so hard.Thats what Carbineers/TKA do, and let me tell you. It's not a pretty site.

The biggest issue right now in combat is speed. Speed is extremely fubared, giving riflemen/carbineers a HUGE advantage over pistoleers. On top of AP2+ weapons... well you know the rest.-DP

In this forum, we're not interested in nerfing Bounty Hunters. We're interested in fixing Pistoleer.

Nearly every Pistoleer special is broken or useless. Our defenses don't work. The Pistoleer-only pistol (DX2) is a piece of crap.

We have some big problems to deal with that have nothing to do with BHs. So don't worry about us ... we're just trying to get our profession to work.

So then you guys keep screaming nerf BHs when you need BH Pistol to acutally be good....

LOL. Bodyshot2 is gained from MARKSMAN. Same special BHs get access to! Thus, he's arguing to nerf something BHs have as well. Classic BH intelligence. They don't know what they're asking for.

I wonder if this is BS, multi-target is good? disarm is ok? Dude never even tried em. Master in a day and a half from scratch? If you played constantly for 36 hours you would need to be earning more than 110k pistol xp an hour for the entire time.

It hits all HAMs equally doing a third of the damage of the Torso or Eye Shot. The only practical application that I can see is if somone's action pool is low, and I want do not want to switch to a carbine for "legshot2".

6.76% Novice Pistoleer

2.58% Novice BH

You cannot tell me that that 4.2% gap doesn't tell you anything... It tells me alot.... In an ideal world the levels would be flat even, and since 4.2% gap something with Pistoleer is ofset and upsetting the norm... IE its better then the rest...

All that 4.2 percent gap tells you is that other professions (Bounty Hunter, Smuggler, Commando) pick up novice pistoleer to compliment their profession because they all use pistol weapons. Don't try to make more out of that statistic than there is.

pistoleer is fixed they can kill almost anyone at master lvl. You guys just don't know how to use your skils

Now Reb, when we tell you how to use rifles its because you can't figure out how to use them. When you tell us how to use pistols its just sad because we can't one-shot people. Its a multi-shot effort that requires more than simply pistoleer.
