some skill attachments drop off of mods. I own a pair of +1 gloves of pistol speed. If you purchase gloves with sockets, you can place the skill attachment in it, and your stats will be modified by the value.

got 3 pairs of gloves that add 3 to pistol speed from rogue corsec mobs just outside tyrena

rogue corsecs and corsecs drop them. Any item with 'corsec' attached dropsmod items. I have 'Corsec Gloves' +3 pistol spd, 'Corsec CDEF' +3 pistol spd, and a 'Corsec CDEF Carbine' +3 carbine spd.


I don't use the cdefs, but keep them because they are somewhat unique. I do wear the gloves.
