I am CL"" Novice ranger and just picked up Novice Pistoleer as it suits my gamestile best !
I havea few questions i hope to get help with:
1.First thing i want is to purchase a DX2 pistol (I have a Striker Pistol by now) but im uncertain i f i can use it. I only have the Novice skill box. In the guides (this forum)i read that im certified for the DX2 novice P. level. When i study the Bazaar it tells my that Master Pistoleer is required. Any clarififation help much appreciated.
2A. What are the best choice of body armor when most combat form is hunting ?
2B. What armor can i carry at Novice P.level (i think R-armor and battle armor but again: uncertain !)
thx for any help

Where does it say DX2 is certed at Novice? *goes to check*
What guide says that? It used to be Certed at Novice Pistoleer before the Combat Upgrade but now it is at Master, if I've written it wrong somewhere let me know.
The Pistoleer Guide stickied has info on armour in it.

I didn't know that it was just one person that wrote all P-guides. Very impressive. It was by studying here : http://swg.stratics.com/content/gameplay/professions/professions.php?View=27&Show=Alli got the impression.
I duno if i used a wrong word when i wrote "guide". Its more a profession branch tree specification supplied by guidelinksand in this case it writes like this for Novice Pistoleer:
Novice Pistoleer
CMD: Health Shot 2 (/healthshot2)
+ 5 Pistol Accuracy
+ 5 Pistol Speed
+ DX2 Pistol Certification
ThisI compared to what i found in the Weaponsmiths weapons specification and oc no compliance !
From what you state i assume this SWG.stratics site simply hasn't revised their infoappropriately.
I still would like to hear your best recomendation for choice of Pistol and Armour for a hunter type: all kinetic armor/damagerather any other ?
Thx
