Thread: Does the Ion Stunner Pistol stun the target?

It looks as though it should from the description. Can anyone verify if it lands a state on the target?

I have not verified, but it is very unlikely. As far as I know, the only weapons that have things "built in" to them are Commando weapons.

No, it doesn't. Got it last night and used it a bit (then realised the Intimidator was a better gun). It has got some good effects, but I think they are a bit broken (like when the beam stays after you fire, between shots).

Trando Suppr does more total DMG for me than the Stunner(it does not stun)....even with the Stunner's addtnl 20 elec. Both Speed sliced 12%. I use the Suppressor for my energy weapon and...
Kash Stalker is my kinetic weapon and does more dmg than both the above and is 12% speed sliced.
