Just curious about this thing. I obtained it as a perk/trainer item although it seemed WAY out of sync with the current weapons.

I do not recall the stats on it other then the SAC was 10.

Btw, it's a CDEF and I gained it through the player tutorial on the space station. I answered some questions in a specific order which caused me to gain this pistol....

Yeah, could be real useful for spamming states when in a group but solo I'm not it'd be worht it switching back and forth with your main gun.
