So far I'm MP/MCM. With 52 pts remaining I've decided on either Carbines 0440 or BH 0040. Which would be the better one for dmg and pve? Any suggestions on this or another prof I could take on would be appreciated.

Both of those are good, I went for x/x/x/4 Doc for the extra healing, wound heal and buffs.
Some take 4/x/x/x Doc for even more healing power.
