ok So I'm about to get health shot 3. I hear that it is a AOE. Is this true? How best is this move used or is it still broken? thanks

Healthshot3 don't exsist, I assume you mean Bodyshot3. BS3 is not an AOE attack, it is a targeted health pool attack, a "stronger" version of BS2 that isn't actually any stronger untill you combine it with master lvl speed mods.

What he means is that BS3 has a lower DPS than BS2 until you get the speed bonuses from Master Pistoleer. The difference in damage is pretty small, but the difference in delay is larger. One of the big issues we are attempting to resolve.

Ok so from what you are saying that BodyShot 3 is not as effective as BS2 because of the Speed penalties.
