Thread: Rapidly deteriorating condition on FWG5

I just bought a "pre-nerf" krayt fwg5 with the following specs
Condition Damage Speed Range Mods HAM
895/895 79-308 1.4 0/+23/-70 11/34/17
I tried it out last night for the first time by duelling another novice pistoleer.
The gun was already sliced when I bought it, and I did add a power up.
The duel didn't last all that long, but when it wasover, the condition was 880.
We were on Lok so we walked over to a mynock lair, and I assisted in the killing of 2 mynocks. By the time I was finished with that, the condition had deteriorated to 863.
At this rate, the pistol wont last me a week. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Bad craft, or bad craft coupled with a slice and pup means quick deterioration.
Try no powerup, especially if you wish to save this gun.
Powerups make your guns die faster.
Also, avoid any overcharge type specials if you have any. They are the worst.

Powerups and Overcharge specials are the worst causes of damage to the gun.
