Thread: What if i was do just train dirty fighting???

How would i fare in pvp with 0 pistoleer but dirty fighting? maxed out all the way to last ditch? any insight, im not a dabbler im master tka master fencer and im interested in pistols, i like them just dont have the points to devote hehe what ya think?
P.S. if i went with dirtt fighting line I could not have medic, what you think is more important? I would only have pharm 3 otherwise, this is STRICTLY for pvp no PVE answers please hehe

...you'd be slow. No speed mods in smuggler.
I love nov medic. With decently made stimB's and a BE enhanced piece of clothing with good active bio-sensors ( + 20 or so to both inj/wound treatmen) you can proform as well as you do now with stimC's. And you save some skill points.

Yes you would be slow, since you dont' have the speed mods of Pistoleer.
As for medic, you are already a TKM so you can meditate everything away that you need.
Make sure you are buffed all the time, have food/spice etc and you will be fine.
Keep the 15 points for something else.

i didnt know there was bios enchancments with +medical use
but i mean i mainly want smug dirty fighting for the ranged knockdown and the delay
any more thoughts?

medic is mighty mighty handy in pvp when health and action get low, i cant meditate during a fight

i know id be slow but im not going for damage with ranged, mainly the ability to do ranged knockdown, i could jsut geta nice speed pistol

not use mods, +treatment mods. Ups your bonus to the listed power of the med. If it lists as a 400 heal stimB you can milk 800 point heals out of it with the right mods. You will only be able to use stimB's.
The smuggler specials are much more useful than ours, but without our speed mods and some defenses they are not effective enough.

well i got all the defenes i need from master fencer, but the ranged knockdown it will strictly be a situational pistol use

Well, all three attacks, LowBlow, PanicShot, and Last Ditch have high delays, with Last Ditch being the highest. Bad idea. I personally, went First Aid 2 instead of Pharm 3 because FA2 with Adv. Stim B's is better then Stim Cs. Not if you have +treatment items and dont mind decay, then thats a different story.

after you use those 3 attacks yrou next attack is delayed more?

Lowblow,1.5 sec delay...Panic 3 sec delay...Last Ditch 4 sec delay...thats 8.5 seconds just to fire 3 specials.

do those dlys hold true even with all the pistoleer mods?
