Thread: Soloing Strategy

I want a temp to solo high end pve things (i.e. djm/krayts/etc.). I have a few temps im considering and i was wondering if anyone could help me out w/ what is the best


1) master pistoleer/master smuggler/4000 cm (or possibly 0004 cm)

2)master combat medic/ master smuggler/0004 pistoleer

3) man i forget the rest.....if you have any suggestions that would be great

I use MCM pistoleer 0/1/0/3 MBH to solo just about anything. so far cl 111 npc's are my top ones.

where do u find those things - i've never seen anything above lvl 95 Dark Jedi Knight i think

was the spawn at that temple in the lake near the MO on dant, got a petrified avian egg for it

I've killed cl500 Jedi Sentinels with MCM/MPistols and x/x/x/4 Doc.


The speed buff is getting nerfed next publish though, which effectively halves my firing speed.

so is smuggler even useful when kiting.....cuz i woudl think a crowd control proffesion would be great at that

Smuggler is a ranged version of CM.

I have this template with 0400 CM,but have yet to try it out soloing the high end critters such as krayts etc, so would be interested to find out how successful others with this template have been in soloing these high end mobs
