Hello,
Anyone tell me what qualitytissues/shards are required to cap damage and sac on a pistol?

you can't do it on FT FWG5's with 181 shards, i know that, you can get close ( 80 sac ) but not there

Anyone else? I'm hoping to have a HC scatter, featherlight and Xt made.

You can SAC cap and hit the slice cap for damage. Shards/Tissues around the 150 mark are enough for that.

Are tissues over approx 150 dmg useful for anything then? Rifles/hvy weapons?

I suppose really high tissues would mean you dont need to slice for damage as much, maybe a lvl 2 slice would be enough. Then you could slice for speed or critical instead.
