Thread: IF we ever get dual wielding...

would you use it?

obviously, too keep balance among the professions, they would add either:

A) a stat that is checked off when crafting guns, that enables dual-wielding, and changes the stat caps.
or
B) a new set of guns (a pair, left and right) that has just an overall stat a bit lower than many we have now.

I want to know, would you use it with these conditions?

could also lower the overall speed, or add a speed penalty for dual weilding.

I like the idea.


It would need to be restricted to certain wepons. I am mpistoleer/mcommando. I cannot see anyone weilding duel flamethrowers. Duel pistols, mele wepons(including glowsticks)and mabe carbines. But rifles and heavy weps are too big and bulky to have 2. Evan for unarmed, make it so a person canuse 2 vibroknucklers(i guess that would fall under mele weps)

To make it not overpowered, just have it for show. Make the damage neither increase nor decrease, you just fire twice instead of once. Like with some attacks, you shoot six times, but you don't see six different numbers come up over the target.

WHAT IS IT WITH DUEL WIELDING!??!?!?!?one!? Sure it is cool, and sure, we have wanted it since pre cu...BUT pre cu we needed extra damage, now we dont. We are one of the most stable professions in the game. Sure we have some moves that need fixing but other then that, pistoleer works super with another ranged profesion.
So, stop cring for a second and have fun with a playable prof. /Endrant
