FT FWG5's can be enhanced with gorax bones, and they have nifty mods on them to.

There are a many reasons. The first, is that the FT FWG-5 is crafted, thus, easier obtained. Secondaly, the FWG does kinitec (forgive my spelling) damage, making it a more powerful weapon in pvp. Thrid, the FT FWG sports some nice mods, making it more powerful. But the trando suppressor does look cool when it fires

I use both.

But I'll be sad when my Trando burns out.

It's kinetic damage in a world where mostly everyone wears high energy resist armor and the featherweight version has the highest damage cap I think.

Personally, I choose FWG5 over trano suppresor due to damage type and range. If I was to use a gun with the electric effect as primary, I'd use the Ion Stunner.

Besides that, there's the fact that a top-of-the-line crafted gun is still better than the quest ones, even if we were to use DE-10's.
