Does anyone know what the highest skill tape caps at, and what some reasonably good values are? (Not the 125 cap. I mean the value on the tape itself.)

Additionally, where do some of you folks hunt the npcs that drop 'em?

Was also wondering if there were any BE clothes for pistoleers. Any idea abou that, or do they not exist?

High end NPCs such as Nightsisters and the Borgle cave are a couple of sources that come to mind.

You won't find any BE clothes that directly affect pistoleer mods but extremely useful BE additives are wound healing and damage healing. Med use is also good if you want to use Stim Cs. You can also get bleed resistance I believe which you may also find useful.
