is there a cap for pistols accuracy and speed and if so what is it

Speed is capped at 100 for ever prof and accuracy is soft capped at 125 just like any other prof.

Mind you, just being a pistoleer will likely not give you a speed cap. After all, why should we be as fast as all the other professions....

not true. Accuracy is not capped at 125. Don't actually believe there is a cap on that.
