TKM will mainly be for PVE/my fallback if I get raped in a fight and Pistoleer will be my main PVP proffesion. I intend to spend many spacebux to get a good DE-10 after I master and I already have a Krayt Geo.

Well, I'm Pistoleer, Teras Kasi Artist and Smuggler master (aka tripple threat). I know that a fair few have this and enjoy it. As you're only Smuggler 0040, you've SP to spend on either Fencer or Medic, or you could go tripple threat

It's good for PvE, but not so good for PvP compared to some more specifically PvP oriented templates.

You're going to need speed attachments (and a lot of them) to get near the speed cap with specials like last ditch.

I know that, But here's the thing: I want to keep master in a melee proffesion for PVE. Getting BH pistols 4/MPistoleer/Smuggler 0040 would basically mean i'd have to be pistols and nothing else.

I just gave up Bh pistol4 and all I had of pistols was 0120. I was really good at pve then (could out damage everyone at fort tusken with a scatter and torso shot) plus with that you would be better than just pistoleer at pvp. So if you want a good mix of pvp and pve bh pistol4/pistoleer/smuggler pistols would give you it.

when I was BH 0040, MPistoleer, Rogue I felt like a god. This was before everyone and their sister became a mind damage only PvPer mind you. Nowdays you are still pretty much a one trick pony, with lackluster defenses. But man can you put a hurtin on people.

All that being said, your template as described sounds just fine.
