I just got up to pistoleer 0033 with BH pistols 0040. I just bought a new geo blaster (sliced to max damage 272, not too bad.) I tried to duel my friend (he just let me hit him to test out my geo.) I used eye shot + bleeding shot to see how low I could get him, it barely moved his mind bar which was barely buffed (brandy.) He was using a 20% PSG and 39% armor, I was only hitting him for about 50-60 damage a shot, of course I'm speed capped so I can spam it pretty much. I was thinking that if I could help nudge that mind bar down it would take a lot less and be a bit more effective. So I came up this this:

This would allow one to use eyeshot, bleeding shot, and use mind poison/disease. Would be pretty effective for PvP but there are NO defenses whatsoever so Thakillo must be used because if you get KDed your pretty much screwed.
Any ideas on this?

the main reason why you weren't doing much damage was definately one of two things, and most likely the other as well
first, geo blasters have AP0 and PSG's and Composite armor as AR1
so with the psg, it reduces damage by 60%, then the composite armor reduces that damage another 70%..... leaving very little damage left to be dealt whatsoever
also without the second line of pistoleer is the accuracy line..... you get a lot of accuracy from bounty hunter, but combined with pistoleer, you'll almost never miss. ever.
also pick up a couple more boxes in techniques and get 50 passive knockdown defense instead of wasting most of your stomach that you could use canape, synthsteak, air cake, or pikatta pie on
if you really want combat medic, pick pistoleer OR bounty hunter, but you'll be hard pressed to do all three and even be mildly effective
