hi this is my first post andI amgoing for Master Smuggler, Master Creature Handler, and i want to use the remaining 23 Skill points for Pistoleer skills and i am wondering what skills you think would begood for PVE mainly agenst StormTroopers?

I'd go for Fanshot (third tier) plus the combat-xp tier. That should leave you with 0-0-4-2 and no skill points left if I counted right 
. FanShot for supporting your tanking pets in the fight, and the x-x-x-2 for a knockdown special and pistol speed.
The other two tiers appear mostly useless to you, as hopefully your pets will take most of the damage hence you won't need Dodge or State Defenses that much.
/edit: Didn't see you were going for master smuggler at first. In that case, you'll already have Last Ditch so go for more pistol speed I'd say.

although I don't condone the killing of stormies, I'd say to spend the points in the 4th tree for melee defence and pistol speed.
then you may want to use the remaining points in the tech tree for some decent specials.
